Receive, distribute, and process incoming/outgoing mail
Redistribute mail after approval by the Center Director to relevant divisions
Deliver official outgoing correspondence and responses to the University’s Central Mail Office
4. Comprehensive Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to all center divisions
Organize management board and committee meetings
Prepare meeting minutes
