Workshop Focus: The workshop addressed social media addiction from two perspectives:
Technical Perspective: Explained the algorithmic mechanisms behind addictive platform designs.
Psychological Perspective: Analyzed behavioral impacts on individuals and societal consequences.
Key Recommendations:
Emphasized the family’s role in strengthening social bonds and reducing excessive social media use.
Concluded with participant discussions to develop actionable solutions benefiting society.
