The Electronic Computer Center Holds a Training Course Entitled“Online Ticket System”

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Nineveh, Prof. Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, the Electronic Computer Center at the university presidency—represented by the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division, and in cooperation with the Technical Training Division—organized a training course titled “Online Ticket System”, dedicated to the university staff.
The course lasted for three days, from Sunday, 16 November 2025, to Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
The course covered a set of main topics, most notably:
• Digital transformation culture
• Email and cloud services
• Mechanisms for using the Online Ticket System
The course was delivered by:
• Assistant Chief Engineer Ali Imad Abdul Hassan / Head of the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division
• Assistant Engineer Ahmed Yasser Abdul Qader / Computer Maintenance and Networks Division
• Assistant Engineer Amina Yaqoub Yousif / Website Division
The course featured several valuable discussions and interventions from participants, adding an interactive atmosphere to the sessions and enriching their knowledge content.
At the conclusion of the course, the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division announced that it would begin receiving technical support requests through the Online Ticket System starting 1 December 2025, as part of the university’s efforts to enhance its digital transformation project and improve the quality of its technical services.
