The system comprises three key components: Iraqi National English Language Test (INELT), Iraqi National Computer Proficiency Test (INCPT), Unified National Arabic Language Test. These examinations are conducted centrally, typically at authorized university testing centers such as the Computer Center at Nineveh University, and adhere to strict regulations regarding scheduling, registration, fees, and passing scores.
