Prof Khalil Sayidmarie has been awarded the Science Distinction Medal for his achievements in the field of Electrical Engineering. Prof Sayidmarie was selected among 35 Iraqi academic scholars by the Ministry of higher education and scientific research.The award was given by the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific research in the annual Science day festival which was hold on 2 May 2013, at the university of Baghdad
