The visit included a group of students from the Control and Systems Engineering Department, including fourth-year students who had recently completed their final exams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The delegation was received by the *factory manager, accompanied by *<em>Mr. Mohammed Hazem Al-Mashhadani, President of the Nineveh Chamber of Industry<\/em>. They provided a comprehensive explanation of the factory\u2019s workflow, starting from the inspection of raw materials to the final packaging of the product, covering five key manufacturing stages. Students also observed firsthand the industrial technologies used, along with quality control measures and performance efficiency mechanisms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit included a guided discussion session highlighting the importance of students acquiring diverse and integrated skills that combine academic specialization with a deep understanding of industrial practices. This enables them to confidently and professionally integrate into both local and international job markets. Emphasis was also placed on the necessity of self-development and continuous training to keep pace with evolving industrial and production demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This visit is part of a series of field trips aimed at stimulating students\u2019 practical and creative thinking while enhancing their professional awareness. These efforts reinforce the principles of education aligned with societal needs and labor market requirements.<br>At the conclusion of the visit, the students expressed their gratitude for this valuable opportunity, which allowed them to witness real-world applications of their theoretical studies. They also commended the efforts of the <em>College of Electronics Engineering<\/em> and the <em>Career Preparation and Employment Division<\/em> in organizing such beneficial activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The college remains committed to fostering partnerships with the industrial sector, in line with its mission to prepare qualified engineering graduates capable of driving
