In line with the directives of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Electronics Engineering, Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Mohammed, and with the sponsorship of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society \/ Ninevah Branch,
the College organized an awareness activity entitled \u201cStress Management\u201d on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, targeting a group of its students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The session was delivered by Engineer Abdulrahman Mohammed and Ms. Sarah Ali, and included several key topics, most notably: the concept of healthy and unhealthy stress, its main causes and effects on individuals and society, as well as methods and techniques for alleviating psychological stress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This activity comes within the framework of the ongoing cooperation between the University of Ninevah and the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, aiming to enhance students\u2019 psychological and social awareness and to foster a healthy and supportive university environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the end of the workshop, the College administration expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the Iraqi Red Crescent Society for its efforts in supporting students and promoting psychological awareness within the university campus.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
