Quality Assurance Policy under the Bologna Process<\/h3>

1. Introduction<\/h3>
The College of Electronics Engineering at Ninevah University is committed to applying the highest quality standards in engineering education, scientific research and community service, in line with the principles of the Bologna Process and the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ESG-2015). This policy is part of the college\u2019s strategic direction toward academic excellence and regional leadership, with a focus on aligning academic programs with international standards and meeting the needs of the labor market.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

2. Vision and Mission<\/h3>
Vision<\/strong>
To be a leader in providing outstanding engineering education in accordance with European standards, producing graduates who are globally competitive and able to contribute effectively to the sustainable development of society.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>
Mission<\/strong>
  • To provide a stimulating educational and research environment that adopts European quality standards in the design and delivery of academic programs.<\/li>
  • To apply the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) and the Internal Quality Assurance System (IQAS) to ensure transparency and international recognition of qualifications.<\/li>
  • To strengthen partnerships with the industrial sector and with local and international academic institutions, so that learning outcomes match the needs of the labor market.<\/li>
  • To develop innovative engineers who can keep pace with technological advances and the challenges of the current century.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

    3. Objectives<\/h3>
    • Align engineering programs with the National Qualifications Framework and the Bologna Process standards.<\/li>
    • Apply the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) to enable student mobility, twinning and recognition.<\/li>
    • Promote a culture of sustainable quality through internal and external evaluation.<\/li><\/ul><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>

        5. Quality Assurance Structure<\/h3>
        5.1 Academic Program Management<\/div>
        • Design programs according to the ECTS system to ensure transparency and facilitate academic mobility.<\/li>
        • Provide accurate course descriptions that focus on achieving the specified learning outcomes.<\/li>
        • Review curricula periodically to keep them aligned with technological developments and labor market needs.<\/li><\/ul>
          5.2 Teaching Quality Assurance<\/div>
          • Develop the competencies of faculty members through continuous training programs.<\/li>
          • Evaluate faculty performance periodically using student surveys and performance indicators.<\/li>
          • Encourage modern teaching methods, blended learning and the use of modern technologies.<\/li>
          • Follow up graduates through surveys that measure their satisfaction with the academic programs and how well the programs match the labor market.<\/li>
