The workshop was presented by Mr. Fahd Ahmed Shaaban and targeted college students with the aim of introducing them to the concept of the Internet of Things (IoT) and its importance in modern technological development. It also aimed to develop their practical skills in using microcontroller platforms such as Arduino to build smart applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop included an explanation of the Internet of Things concept and its basic components, including sensors, microcontrollers, and internet connectivity. It also covered how to connect hardware devices to software and databases to send, receive, and analyze data. Practical examples were presented on using Arduino to build smart systems such as monitoring and remote control systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop also focused on the importance of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the modern job market and its role in developing various sectors, such as industry, agriculture, smart cities, and healthcare. It highlighted how these technologies can be utilized in implementing applied projects that students can develop during their studies or after graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, the workshop’s significance lies in preparing students for the job market and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and modern practical applications in the field of information and communication technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop witnessed remarkable interaction from the participating students, featuring insightful scientific discussions and numerous questions about the mechanisms for designing IoT systems and the most important tools and platforms used in this field. This contributed to enhancing technical knowledge and broadening students’ horizons regarding modern technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n
