On Monday, December 23, 2024, the President of Ninevah University conducted a field visit to the College of Information Technology, where he was welcomed by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Manar Younis Kashmoula, along with members of the College faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit included the inauguration of the college’s newly established laboratories. The President reviewed their level of equipment and received a detailed briefing from the Head of the Software Department, Dr. Azhar Sabah, on the systems utilized in the laboratories, with a particular emphasis on the college’s strategic shift towards adopting open-source systems to achieve a qualitative leap in technical education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the President toured the examination halls to observe the progress of the examination process. He directed the provision of necessary support and the resolution of any challenges that might face students or the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the tour, the President chaired a meeting of the College Council, during which several academic and administrative issues were discussed. He expressed his support for the college in various aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end, the President extended his appreciation to the Dean of the College and the academic and administrative staff, commending the exceptional scientific and technical achievements attained by the college.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
