Under the patronage of the President of Nineveh University, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Manar Younis Kashmoula, and with the attendance of faculty members and staff of the college, the workshop titled “The Role of the Federal Board of Supreme Audit in Combating Financial and Administrative Corruption” was held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop was delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Mona Salem Hussein, Head of the Women’s Affairs Unit, who discussed important topics related to mechanisms for combating administrative corruption and enhancing principles of transparency and integrity within academic institutions. This initiative is part of the college’s ongoing efforts to promote a culture of integrity and combat corruption in all its forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This workshop is part of a series of scientific and training activities organized by the Continuing Education Unit in collaboration with the Women’s Affairs Unit at the college. It aims to raise awareness among academic and administrative staff about the importance of combating corruption, emphasizing the role of families and women as fundamental pillars for societal reform, as well as highlighting the role of oversight, legislative, and educational institutions. Furthermore, it underscores the significance of the academic role within universities in addressing this phenomenon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
