{"id":4958,"date":"2025-10-08T19:21:25","date_gmt":"2025-10-08T16:21:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uoninevah.edu.iq\/law\/?p=4958"},"modified":"2025-10-22T19:22:35","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T16:22:35","slug":"the-college-of-law-organizes-a-training-course-entitled-the-legal-clinic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uoninevah.edu.iq\/law\/en\/2025\/10\/08\/the-college-of-law-organizes-a-training-course-entitled-the-legal-clinic\/","title":{"rendered":"The College of Law Organizes a Training Course Entitled \u201cThe Legal Clinic\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">In accordance with the directives of the President of the University of Nineveh, <strong>Prof. Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani<\/strong>, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, <strong>Prof. Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidi<\/strong>, and as part of the activities of the <strong>Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit<\/strong>, in implementation of its annual plan, the College of Law organized a <strong>specialized training course<\/strong> entitled <em>\u201cAccess to Justice (The Legal Clinic)\u201d<\/em> on <strong>Tuesday and Wednesday, October 7\u20138, 2025<\/strong>, held in <strong>Engineer Imad Al-Mirza Hall<\/strong> at the College of Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The course was delivered by the following esteemed faculty members of the College of Law:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Dr. Ne\u2019met Mohammed Mustafa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Dr. Amro Nashwan Mohammed<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asst. Prof. Dr. Maher Hussein Jumaa<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lecturer Ameen Jalal Ameen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">This specialized course, directed toward law students and graduates, aimed to develop their knowledge and practical skills by introducing the concept of the <em>Legal Clinic<\/em> as an educational and training platform that enables law students to engage with real legal cases. This hands-on experience allows them to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical environment while simultaneously serving the community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The course witnessed strong participation and interaction from attendees.
