As part of the ongoing series of scientific and awareness activities organized by the College of Law, the University Psychological Counseling Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit, held a workshop on Monday, 3 November 2025<\/strong>, titled \u201cThe Impact of Bullying on Mental Health.\u201d<\/strong> The workshop addressed the psychological and social consequences of bullying within both academic and community environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Prof. Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidi<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Law, attended part of the workshop and emphasized the importance of the topic. She called for intensified efforts to raise awareness about the dangers of bullying on individuals and society, stressing that the College places strong importance on supporting programs that promote the mental well-being of its students and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The workshop lecture was delivered by members of the Psychological Counseling Committee, Asst. Prof. Dr. Amro Nashwan<\/strong> and Lecturer Sahar Anwar<\/strong>, who introduced participants to the concept of bullying, its types (verbal, physical, and cyberbullying), and the key psychological indicators commonly seen in victims.
