{"id":5935,"date":"2026-03-31T15:38:00","date_gmt":"2026-03-31T12:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uoninevah.edu.iq\/law\/?p=5935"},"modified":"2026-04-12T03:38:38","modified_gmt":"2026-04-12T00:38:38","slug":"faculty-member-from-the-college-of-law-highlights-illegal-youth-migration-between-the-dream-of-escape-and-the-risks-of-loss","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/uoninevah.edu.iq\/law\/en\/2026\/03\/31\/faculty-member-from-the-college-of-law-highlights-illegal-youth-migration-between-the-dream-of-escape-and-the-risks-of-loss\/","title":{"rendered":"Faculty Member from the College of Law Highlights Illegal Youth Migration\u2026 Between the Dream of Escape and the Risks of Loss"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of its ongoing efforts to promote community awareness, the Psychological Guidance Unit at the College of Medicine, University of Nineveh, organized an awareness workshop on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, entitled <em>\u201cIllegal Youth Migration: Risks, Consequences, and Prevention Strategies.\u201d<\/em> The session was delivered by Dr. Jassim Khudair Al-Mulla Ali, Head of the Technology Incubator Unit at the College of Law, in the presence of a number of students and faculty members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During his lecture, Dr. Jassim Khudair presented the legal concept of illegal migration, clarifying the distinction between irregular and legal migration, as well as the legal consequences associated with it in both transit and destination countries.
