Its goal is to improve the efficacy and safety of medications through innovative techniques in drug design and the development of pharmaceutical products from both natural and synthetic sources<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Mission of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>We strive to provide exceptional education in pharmaceutical chemistry by equipping students with in-depth knowledge of the relationship between the chemical structure of drugs and their biological efficacy. Our mission includes training students in drug design and analysis using advanced simulation software and cutting-edge techniques. We focus on the discovery and development of drugs from natural sources to meet public health needs in a scientific and safe manner.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Objectives of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To prepare students to understand the chemical foundations of drugs, including how chemical structure influences the efficacy, physical, and biological properties of pharmaceutical compounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To train students in drug design techniques using specialized simulation software to predict the biological specifications of drugs and analyze small molecule interactions with biological receptors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To educate students in drug discovery from natural sources, including the extraction of active compounds from plants and other natural materials, and the evaluation of their physiological effects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To equip students with the skills needed for the preparation and analysis of drugs, focusing on drug formulation, bioactivity, quality assessment, and safety using modern scientific methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enhance students\u2019 ability to develop new drugs based on comprehensive scientific knowledge of how chemical compounds affect toxicity and therapeutic efficacy in the human body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To provide practical training in the pharmaceutical industry, including extraction processes and the identification of both synthetic and natural drugs, to ensure the development of effective and safe pharmaceutical products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To promote ongoing scientific research in pharmaceutical chemistry with the aim of discovering new drugs and maximizing the use of natural resources for human health<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Branch vision The Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry aims to be a leading academic center in drug education and development by combining advanced scientific research with practical application.
