Prof. Dr. Omar Qutaiba Al-Layla<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, the <strong>First Iraqi Conference on Clinical Pharmacy (1st ICCP)<\/strong> was launched at Al-Noor University on <strong>October 4\u20135, 2025<\/strong>. The event brought together a distinguished group of academics, researchers, and specialists from various Iraqi universities and healthcare institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The opening ceremony was attended by <strong>Dr. Haider Fuad Al-Sayegh<\/strong>, President of the Iraqi Pharmacists Syndicate, along with a number of <strong>deans of Colleges of Pharmacy<\/strong> from Iraqi universities, including the <strong>Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Ninevah<\/strong>, as well as a gathering of researchers and professionals in the field of clinical pharmacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first day of the conference featured <strong>specialized scientific sessions<\/strong> that addressed the <strong>latest developments in pharmaceutical education and modern clinical practices<\/strong>, in addition to the presentation of <strong>high-quality research papers<\/strong> highlighting the <strong>role of the clinical pharmacist<\/strong> in improving the quality of healthcare and advancing the pharmaceutical system in Iraq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the conference, a number of <strong>pioneers in clinical pharmacy in Iraq<\/strong> were honored in recognition of their <strong>notable contributions to establishing and developing this vital discipline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participation of the <strong>Dean of the College of Pharmacy \u2013 University of Ninevah<\/strong> in this conference reflects the College\u2019s ongoing commitment to <strong>promoting scientific research<\/strong> and <strong>expanding academic collaboration<\/strong> between educational and healthcare institutions, thereby contributing to the <strong>advancement of pharmacy and pharmaceutical care in Iraq.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
