As part of efforts to strengthen scientific cooperation and academic communication among Iraqi universities and to promote the exchange of scientific expertise and academic competencies, Prof. Dr. Maysar Mohammed Ali Al-Qutji, Dean of the College of Pharmacy at the University of Nineveh, chaired the PhD dissertation defense committee for Ms. Israa Tariq Anwar, a PhD candidate in the Department of Pharmaceutics at the College of Pharmacy, Hawler Medical University. Her dissertation was entitled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cDevelopment of Lipid-Based Nanocarrier for Transdermal Drug Delivery\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
The dissertation defense was held on Thursday, 24 September 2026, in the presence of a distinguished group of academics and researchers. The dissertation addressed the development of a lipid-based nanocarrier aimed at enhancing transdermal drug delivery, focusing on a contemporary scientific topic aligned with recent advances in pharmaceutics and drug delivery systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
