The goals of the Department of Computer and Information Engineering

  1. To graduate engineers specialized in computer and information engineering and its applications with high standards.
  2. To produce scientific and applied research in the department’s fields for the purpose of solving service and industrial problems in society.
  3. To develop engineering and teaching staff through participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops in various specializations of the department.
  4. To actively participate in the advancement and progress of the community by organizing seminars, conferences, continuing education, and postgraduate research.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

  1. PEO-1 Our graduates will apply engineering knowledge and skills in computer and information engineering, enabling them to advance their careers in the field of technology.
  2. PEO-2 Our graduates will have the ability to interact and work with specialized people, decision-makers, and interact with them in the field of work to professionally practice the profession.

  1. GO-1   An ability to distinguish, identify, define, formulate, and solve engineering problems by applying principles of engineering, science and mathematics.
  2. GO-2   An ability to produce engineering designs that meet desired needs within certain constraints by applying both analysis and synthesis in the design process.
  3. GO-3   An ability to create and carry out proper measurement and tests with quality assurance, analyze and interpret results, and utilize engineering judgment to make inferences.
  4. GO-4   An ability to skillfully communicate orally with a gathering of people and in writing with various managerial levels.
  5. GO-5   An ability to perceive ethical and professional responsibilities in engineering cases and make brilliant judgments taking into account the consequences in worldwide financial, ecological and societal considerations.
