On Sunday, September 1, 2024, Assistant Professor Dr. Saddam Youssef Abdul-Jgheifi, a faculty member from the College of Law, participated as a member of the Master’s thesis defense committee at the College of Education for Humanities, University of Mosul. The thesis, presented by researcher Abdullah Nouri Khalaf Al-Sinjari, was titled “The Al-Shamdin Family and Their Political Role in Iraq Until 1958: A Historical Study.”

The thesis examined the political, economic, social, and cultural roles of a Kurdish family in Iraq during the monarchy period.

The defense committee comprised the following members:
