Under the patronage and direct support of the Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Zina Ghanem Al-Ubaidi, an awareness-oriented scientific morning session was held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026, targeting second-year female students under the title “The University Female Student and Shaping the Future.” The event comes ضمن efforts to support the educational process and enhance both academic and psychological awareness among students.

The session was delivered by Dr. Manal Mohammed Ahmed, Head of the University Psychological Counseling Unit, and Asst. Lecturer Aswan Najah Al-Din, Head of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Unit. Their lectures addressed several key themes aimed at building the personality of a university student capable of shaping her future with confidence and awareness.

Dr. Manal Mohammed Ahmed focused on the psychological aspects that students face throughout their academic journey, emphasizing the importance of emotional balance, managing academic stress, and strengthening self-confidence as essential factors for success and excellence. She also provided practical guidance to help students overcome challenges and develop a positive and active role within society.

In turn, Asst. Lecturer Aswan Najah Al-Din highlighted the role of quality in higher education, stressing the importance of students’ commitment to academic standards and the development of both their scientific and practical skills in alignment with labor market demands. She affirmed that a well-informed and responsible student is a fundamental pillar in advancing both academic and institutional standards.

The session witnessed notable engagement from the students, who actively participated through questions and discussions, contributing to a constructive and interactive learning environment.
