Through the dedicated efforts and close follow-up of the Dean of the College of Law, Prof. Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidi, under the direct supervision of the Editor-in-Chief, Dr. Luqman Othman, and with the exceptional efforts of the Journal Unit Head, Dr. Mohammed Nouri Ali, the Nineveh Journal for Legal Studies has released its fourth issue—a new milestone that reflects the College’s continued commitment to promoting legal scholarship and advancing legal awareness.
