Online registration

Dear students accepted to the University of Nineveh/College of Law for the academic year 2024-2025, please be advised that registration procedures will begin on October 21, 2024, for all admission channels (general, families of martyrs, elite, and other channels), according to the application steps outlined below:

1. Complete the online information form.

2. Complete the paper forms accurately and submit them along with the required documents to the Morning Registration Department at the College of Law (ground floor).

Required documents (paper):

A school certificate stamped by the school and authenticated by the Directorate of Education, along with the grade report, and a written undertaking to provide the high school diploma if its issuance from the school is delayed.

A medical examination certificate (original copy) addressed to the college to which you have been accepted.

A personal data form.

A guarantor’s presence (for students accepted through the parallel channel only).

Written undertakings.

The student’s and their parents’ identification documents (the “Golden Square”) on one sheet of paper. Five passport-size photos with a white background.

The student’s name on the central admissions list, along with their initials.

A special pledge for parallel program students.

A letter of support from the Martyrs Foundation for students admitted through the Martyrs’ Families Channel.

Please do not use staples or clips.
