The College of Pharmacy Organizes a Specialized Lecture on the Regulations of Official and Administrative Correspondence

As part of the College’s commitment to enhancing administrative skills and improving staff efficiency, the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Pharmacy, University of Ninevah, organized a training lecture on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, entitled:
“Principles of Writing Official Correspondence and Documents.”

The lecture was delivered by Mr. Dhafer Mohammed Mustafa, Head of the Human Resources Division at the College, and was held in the College’s main hall.

The session aimed to shed light on the proper foundations for drafting official letters and governmental correspondence, emphasizing the importance of precision and adherence to the formal writing standards adopted by state institutions.

The event witnessed notable participation from the College’s staff, including heads of departments and administrative units, who actively engaged in discussions and contributions that enriched the lecture. Participants affirmed the importance of organizing such specialized training sessions, which play a vital role in refining their professional skills and enhancing job performance.
