The College of Pharmacy organizes introductory lectures for its students on the free Google Gemini Pro service offered to Iraqi university students.

As part of its commitment to keeping pace with technological advancements and enhancing students’ skills in utilizing modern artificial intelligence tools, the College of Pharmacy at the University of Ninevah organized on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, a series of introductory and practical lectures on the Google Gemini Pro service, delivered by Mr. Abdulrahman Tawfiq, a faculty member at the college.

During the lectures, participants were introduced to the free subscription mechanism launched by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in collaboration with Google, which enables Iraqi university students to obtain a one-year free subscription to Google Gemini Pro. The initiative aims to develop students’ research and academic skills and empower them to integrate AI tools into their studies and scientific projects.

This initiative reflects the College of Pharmacy’s ongoing efforts to foster an innovative learning environment that keeps pace with the demands of the digital age and empowers students to leverage modern technologies to enhance the quality of education and scientific research.
