Visit of the Ministerial Committee Assigned to the Establishment of New Colleges to the College of Pharmacy – University of Nineveh

In line with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to monitoring the status of newly established colleges and assessing their academic and scientific readiness, the ministerial committee tasked with evaluating the establishment of the Colleges of Pharmacy, Dentistry, and Nursing, headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Musab Mohammed Khalaf and including Assistant Professor Dr. Mahmoud Khudair, conducted a visit to the College of Pharmacy at the University of Nineveh on Sunday, October 19, 2025.

The committee was received by Assistant Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Diwoji, Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, and Dr. Omar Thanoon, Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs. The delegation was accompanied on a field tour of the College’s facilities, which included the main halls, lecture rooms, educational and research laboratories, the library, and the examination committee offices.

During the visit, the committee reviewed the infrastructure, available resources, and modern scientific equipment, as well as the laboratory supplies supporting the College’s educational mission.

At the conclusion of the visit, the ministerial committee expressed its high appreciation for the efforts of the College’s administration and its continuous pursuit of creating a comprehensive academic environment aligned with contemporary advancements in pharmaceutical education. The committee also commended the modern facilities and well-equipped lecture halls, which contribute to strengthening the academic progress at the University of Nineveh.
