Registration Instructions for First-Year Students at the College of Law

Dear students accepted at Nineveh University / College of Law for the academic year 2024 – 2025, please be informed that registration procedures will commence on October 21, 2024, for all admission channels (general, martyrs’ families, elite, and other channels) according to the application steps outlined below:

1. Fill out the information e-form

2. Complete the paper forms accurately and submit them along with the required documents at the morning registration department in the College of Law (ground floor).

Required Documents (in paper format):

  1. A school certificate stamped by the school and certified by the Directorate of Education, along with the grades board, and a commitment to provide the high school certificate if its issuance is delayed by the school.
  2. A medical examination (original copy) addressed to the accepted college.
  3. A personal data form.
  4. A sponsorship agreement in the presence of the sponsor (for students accepted under the private channel only).
  5. Written commitments.
  6. The student’s and parents’ documents copied on a single sheet.
  7. Five personal photos with a white background.
  8. The student’s name on the central admission list with a stamp.
  9. A special commitment for private channel students.
  10. Endorsement from the Martyrs’ Foundation for students accepted under the martyrs’ families channel.
