46 year old female with recurrent hydatid cyst presented with acute abdominal pain and allergic reaction in the skin ; ct scan showed multiple cyst at right lobe of liver and at para colic gutter and at the spleen and omentum
exploration done showed leaking fluid from right colic cyst ; 5 cyst removed on the right side , 6 cyst from omentum and splenectomy for the cyst of spleen
