نحن كلية طب نينوى نسعى الى تخريج أطباء ذوي قدرات علمية ومهارات سريرية كافية ويتمتعونبأخلاقية مهنية عالية ولهم القدرة على معالجةالأمراض الشائعة في بلدهم واجراء

البحوث الطبية الهادفة الى حل المشاكل الصحية.

الأهداف

1. تعليم الطلبة أسس التفكير العلمي السليم،وإعدادهم رياديا، وذلك بدعم تطورهم شخصيا واجتماعيا وأكاديميا ومهنيا

2. تزويد الطالب بمهارات التعامل الانساني القويموالمبادئ الخلقية للمهن الصحية وكسب ثقة أفراد المجتمع.

3.تشجيع النشاطات اللامنهجية، والتي تشملالنشاطات الرياضية والفنية والاجتماعية والأدبية.

4. تعزيز التميز في التدريس من خلال تهيئة بيئةعلمية سليمة ترتقي بالمستوى العلمي والأكاديميللهيئة التدريسية ، وتوفير البنية التحتية المتطورة.

5. تكوين شراكات إستراتيجية مع المجتمع المحلي،وإنجاز برامج بحثية حول مشاكل المجتمع ومشاكله الصحية

6. الارتقاء بمستوى البحث العلمي في الكلية إلىمستوى عالمي و السعي لانشاء مركز للبحوث العلميةو العمل على تأسيس مجلة علمية تتولى نشر البحوثالعلمية الرصينة.

7. الأخذ بأساليب الادارة العصرية والسعي نحوالادارة والحوكمة الألكترونية.

8. العمل على تأسيس برامج الدراسات العليا فيمجال العلوم الطبية الأساسية والسريرية.

9. فتح آفاق التعاون العلمي والبحثي مع المؤسساتالتعليمية والطبية النظيرة على المستوى الوطنيوالاقليمي والعالمي.

10. اعتماد مبدأ التعليم مدى الحياة.

Excellence in the medical education at the global level.

Mission

The Ninevah Medical College seeks to graduate doctors with sufficient scientific abilities and clinical skills, have a high professional ethics and have the ability to treat common diseases in their country and perform medical researches aimed at solving health problems.

Objectives

1- To teach students the basics of sound scientific thinking and prepare them as pioneers by supporting their personal, social, academic and professional development.
2- Provide the students with skills of human handling and the ethical principles of health professions and gain confidence of the members of the community.
3- Encourage extracurricular activities, including sporting, artistic, social and literary activities.
4- To promote excellence in teaching by creating a sound scientific environment that elevates the scientific and academic levels of the teaching staff and provide the advanced infrastructure.
5- Forming strategic partnerships with the local community and carrying out research programs  on the society’s problem and health needs.
6- To raise the level of scientific research in the college to a global level and seek to establish a center of scientific research and work on the establishment of a scientific journal to publish the sound scientific  researches.
7- Adoption of the modern management methods and the pursuit the electronic management and governance.
8- Work on the establishment of higher educational programs in the field of basic and clinical medical sciences.
9- Opening the horizons of scientific and research cooperation with the educational and medical counterpart institutions at the national, regional and global levels.
10- Adoption of the principle of lifelong learning.
