College of Pharmacy Students Attend an Orientation Session on the Clinical Training Program at Al-Salam Teaching Hospital

As part of the College of Pharmacy at Ninevah University’s commitment to strengthening students’ practical and experiential learning, and in support of the scientific cooperation agreement between the College of Pharmacy and the Nineveh Health Directorate, a group of College students participated in an orientation meeting for the Clinical Training Program at Al-Salam Teaching Hospital.

The session provided an overview of the program’s objectives, implementation procedures, training requirements, and guidelines for trainees. The meeting was attended by the program supervisor, Dr. Abeer Mansour, at Al-Salam Teaching Hospital.

The orientation also introduced the main components of the clinical training program, as well as the mechanisms for supervision, follow-up, and performance assessment. These activities are designed to enhance students’ professional and clinical competencies and prepare them to practice pharmacy with a high level of proficiency and professionalism.

The program coordinators emphasized the importance of adhering to training regulations and responsibilities while making the most of the valuable educational opportunities offered through clinical training in healthcare institutions.
