The College of Pharmacy participated in a coordination meeting organized by the Nineveh Health Directorate to discuss mechanisms for organizing practical and structured training for college students and trainees in healthcare institutions. The meeting aimed to strengthen integration between academic education and practical applications within the healthcare work environment.
The College was represented at the meeting by Dr. Abir Mansour, Clinical Training Coordinator. The meeting was chaired by Dr. Waleed Mohammed Bashir Al-Sabaa, Director of the Training and Human Development Center at the Nineveh Health Directorate, and attended by representatives of governmental and private universities, colleges, and institutes.
The meeting addressed several topics related to the organization of training programs and mechanisms for delivering lectures. It also discussed approaches to developing practical and structured training for students and trainees in healthcare institutions, with the aim of maximizing their academic and professional skills development.
