The Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College of Information Technology, Asst. Prof. Dr . Ali Othman Mohammed, is a member of the committee of establishing of Nurqal Private University in Nineveh Governorate.

As part of the team responsible for the ministerial order regarding the establishment of Nerkal Private University, a site visit was conducted on Friday, September 20, 2024, to assess the necessary departments, classrooms, and laboratories required for the new institution.
