The Graduate Studies Department oversees all matters related to graduate students at our university, managing their academic journey from application and competitive admission through to graduation. The department operates under the direct supervision of the Assistant President of Ninevah University for Scientific Affairs.
Objectives The department aims to:
Enhance graduate programs across the university’s faculties in line with excellence standards and postgraduate regulations.
Ensure students acquire the necessary academic competence and responsibility commensurate with their advanced degrees.
Produce graduates who meet developmental needs of society and labor market demands.
Key Responsibilities Streamline services for graduate students efficiently and promptly.
Improve service quality and monitor the educational process.
Communicate postgraduate regulations and guidelines to university faculties to facilitate graduation and address student inquiries throughout their academic journey.
Nominate university staff for postgraduate studies within Iraq to develop teaching faculty.
