Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani,
the Continuing Education Center at our university held a lecture on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, in the Prof. Dr. Khalil Hassan Marai Hall, entitled:
“From Traditional to Digital: Strategies for Developing Administrative Skills”,
delivered by Mr. Saif Saad Ali, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
The lecture targeted the university’s academic and administrative staff and focused on the concept, importance, and objectives of digital transformation, as well as the stages and practical applications of this transformation. It also addressed the main challenges and risks facing the digital shift and how to overcome them, the key requirements for successful transformation, and included examples of companies that transitioned from traditional systems to digital operations.
The lecture aimed to enrich the knowledge of the university’s faculty and staff regarding the importance of digital transformation and its positive impact on the work environment.
This event comes as part of the university’s ongoing efforts to enhance the capabilities of its employees and to implement e-government practices and comprehensive digital transformation across all university departments.
