Under the patronage and in the presence of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and with the attendance of the Dean of the College of Information Technology, Prof. Dr. Manar Younis Kashmoula, along with a number of university staff members, the Continuing Education Center, in cooperation with the Legal Affairs and Media & Government Communication Departments, organized a scientific seminar on Monday, September 15, 2025, entitled “Code of Professional Conduct.”
The seminar featured lectures by the following speakers:
1. Dr. Yazan Saeb Al-Zebari
2. Dr. Fawaz Abdulaziz Al- Mukhtar
3. Asst. Lecturer Wutfa Diaa Yassin
The seminar addressed the impact of the Code of Professional Conduct on regulating institutional performance of public employees by promoting transparency, enhancing performance efficiency, and improving the quality of services provided to citizens. It also emphasized the importance of fostering a positive work environment and reducing instances of financial and administrative corruption.
At the conclusion of the seminar, the University President praised the efforts of the organizers and emphasized the importance of holding such scientific events, which enrich university staff with vital legal knowledge. Certificates of appreciation were presented to the lecturers, with best wishes extended to all staff members for continued dedication and progress.
