At the invitation of the President of Al-Furqan University College, Professor Dr. Abi Al-Diwachi, and in the presence of a distinguished group of academics and inventors from various ministries and Iraqi universities, the President of the University of Ninevah, Professor Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, participated on Thursday, September 18, 2025, in the activities of the Second International Exhibition of Innovations and Inventions, organized by Al-Furqan University College in cooperation with the Light Harvest Organization for Educational Development, under the slogan:
“Iraq’s Scientists in the Embrace of the City of Mosul.”
The event opened with a large exhibition that showcased a significant number of unique patents presented by researchers from various public and private Iraqi universities, in addition to contributions from several ministries. The exhibition also included a series of lectures delivered by patent holders, during which they presented overviews of their ideas and scientific achievements.
At the conclusion of the event, Al-Furqan University College honored the President of the University of Ninevah with a commemorative shield in appreciation of his active participation. The researchers and inventors were also recognized and awarded, amid wishes for continued innovation and service to Iraq and its people.
