As part of the ongoing scientific activities organized by the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Pharmacy, University of Ninevah, the college held a distinguished scientific lecture on Tuesday, September 17, 2025, entitled: “Connecting Industrial Chemistry and Other Sciences”, at the college’s main hall.
The lecture was delivered by Assistant Lecturer Younis Ahmed, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Maisar Mohammed Ali Al-Qutachi, and the Associate Dean for Administrative Affairs, Dr. Omar Thanoon, along with a group of faculty members.
The lecture explored the prospects of integration between industrial chemistry and other scientific fields, particularly analytical, organic, and biological chemistry, contributing to the expansion of scientific research and practical applications. It also highlighted the importance of this integration in opening new avenues for the use of interdisciplinary technologies that serve both industry and society, while enhancing the scientific and practical value of university research.
