Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and in the presence of the University Vice President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Jaafar Ramadan Mohammed, along with a number of department heads, division managers, and administrative unit staff from the university presidency and its colleges, the Center for Continuing Education organized a training course on Monday, September 29, 2025, entitled:
“Developing Legal Skills”,
which will continue for four days.
The course is being delivered by a distinguished group of law professors:
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Khaldoun Fadel Ali
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Zaid Luqman Ali
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Ammar Thamer Al-Banna
The first day began with a lecture delivered by Asst. Prof. Dr. Khaldoun Fadel Ali, Assistant Dean of the College of Law for Administrative Affairs. The lecture addressed civil service disciplinary laws, legislation related to administrative penalties, and investigative committees.
This course is being held in implementation of the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Department of Studies, Planning, and Follow-up / Department of Development and Human Resource Training, and is part of its program aimed at developing and qualifying university leadership and human resources.
