Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, the Computer Center at the university presidency—represented by the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division, in cooperation with the Technical Training Division—organized a training course titled (Online Ticket System). The course was designed for the university’s staff and was held over three days, from Sunday, 16 November 2025, to Tuesday, 18 November 2025.
The course covered several key topics, including:
1. Digital transformation culture
2. Email and cloud services
3. How to use the Online Ticket System
The course was presented by:
• Senior Engineer Ali Imad Abdul Hassan / Head of the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division
• Engineer Ahmed Yasser Abdulqader / Computer Maintenance and Networks Division
• Engineer Amna Yaqub Yousif / Website Division
The sessions featured valuable discussions and contributions from participants, adding an interactive dimension and enriching the overall content of the course.
At the conclusion of the course, the Computer Maintenance and Networks Division announced that it would begin receiving technical support requests exclusively through the Online Ticket System starting 1 December 2025, as part of the university’s efforts to advance its digital transformation project and enhance the quality of technical services provided.
