In line with the directives of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, emphasizing the importance of preparing students and engaging them in practical, post-graduation skills, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Mohammed, the Department of Communications Engineering organized a workshop on Monday, December 1, 2025, entitled “Career Roadmap: From University to Industry.”
The workshop saw the participation of a group of the department’s faculty members, in addition to an engineer from Korek Telecom. It included essential guidance for students on how to prepare for the job market and secure employment opportunities after graduation, with emphasis on the importance of developing the required skills and aligning them with market needs and available opportunities.
The workshop also focused particularly on the field of computer and communication network security, as it is one of the most in-demand specialties in the industrial sector.
