A Training Activity by the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Medicine – University of Ninevah

As part of the activities of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit, and in implementation of the unit’s annual plan, the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Medicine held a training course entitled
“Scientific Research and Evidence-Based Medicine”
on Monday and Tuesday, December 1–2, 2025.

The course was delivered by:

• Asst. Prof. Dr. Alaa Maisar Al-Sirdar
• Asst. Lecturer Zahraa Tariq Al-Khaffaf

This specialized course, directed toward the college’s students and graduates, aimed to develop their knowledge and skills in scientific research methodologies, the fundamentals of evidence-based medicine, and statistical data analysis—supporting their ability to prepare rigorous scientific research.

The course witnessed notable engagement and purposeful discussions from the participants, which contributed to reinforcing the presented concepts and enhancing the practical aspect for both students and graduates.
