The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the College of Pharmacy, University of Ninevah, organized an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for fifth-year students to enhance their clinical competence.

On Sunday morning, February 22, 2026, the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at the College of Pharmacy, University of Ninevah, conducted the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) for fifth-year students, under the supervision of the Head of the Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Saif Khalid, with the participation of a distinguished group of faculty members.

The examination included several assessment stations designed in accordance with rigorous academic standards. These stations focused on clinical communication skills, case analysis, and appropriate therapeutic decision-making, thereby strengthening students’ readiness to confidently and competently enter the job market.

The OSCE is considered one of the most objective and precise assessment tools for measuring clinical performance, as it contributes to preparing scientifically and professionally qualified graduates who are capable of practicing their profession responsibly in line with the requirements of modern healthcare systems.
