Professor Dr. Jaafar Ramadan Mohammed, Assistant President of the University of Ninevah for Scientific Affairs, participated in the activities of the Ministerial Training Program for Trainers of the Third Smart Education Platform (IQ-LEARN TOT³). The program was launched under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and hosted by Al-Hadbaa University, with the participation of a distinguished group of academics and specialists from various Iraqi universities.
This program is part of the Ministry’s efforts to support digital transformation in higher education institutions and to empower academic staff with the skills necessary to manage and develop electronic learning environments in accordance with the latest educational and technological standards.
