The President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani, congratulated Dr. Abdullah Faisal, a faculty member in the Public Law Branch at the College of Law, on earning his PhD with distinction for his dissertation entitled:
“Legislative Deficiency in Criminal Law: A Comparative Study,”
which was defended at the College of Law, University of Mosul.
The University President expressed his pride in this outstanding academic achievement, emphasizing that the academic and research successes achieved by the University of Ninevah’s faculty members represent an important addition to the University’s academic journey and reflect the faculty’s commitment to continuous scientific development and advancing the quality of academic and research performance.
Prof. Dr. Osama Ismail Al-Mashhadani wished Dr. Abdullah Faisal continued success and achievement in his academic career, as well as further contributions that would serve the University of Ninevah and strengthen its academic progress.
It is worth noting that the thesis defense committee commended the scientific and research efforts invested in preparing the dissertation, which addressed an important topic in the field of criminal law. The defense concluded with the awarding of the researcher a PhD with distinction.
