In line with the directives of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and based on the principle of openness to international universities,
a delegation from the College of Electronics Engineering—represented by the Dean, Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Mohammed, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bilal Alaa Al-Din Jabir Al-Layla, and the Assistant Dean for Administrative Affairs, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sidqi Bakr Thanoon—visited UiTM University in Shah Alam and UTM University in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, from April 24 to May 3, 2025.
The purpose of the visit was to enhance academic cooperation and activate previously signed memorandums of understanding. The visits resulted in clear academic understandings that are expected to positively impact the academic and research development at the College of Electronics Engineering.
Concrete implementation steps with specified timelines were agreed upon in various fields, including academic supervision, joint research, participation in conferences, curriculum development, and mutual visits at all levels.
