A master’s thesis was discussed at the University of Ninevah / College of Electronics Engineering / Department of Computer and Informatics Engineering, on Monday, June 23, 2025, by the student Suhbaa Abdulkarim Fathi, entitled:
“Cloud Storage Security Based on Blockchain”
The thesis focused on enhancing data security by integrating Blockchain technology with cloud storage, using encryption algorithms such as SHA-256 and SHA3-512 to boost data security, while evaluating the system’s efficiency in terms of data accessibility, scalability, and database confidentiality.
The study aimed to investigate how integrating blockchain technology with cloud storage could improve data security.
The research concluded that the combination of encryption algorithms with blockchain technology offers a secure and efficient system for cloud data storage, ensuring data protection and easy access for authorized users.
