A master’s thesis was discussed on Monday, January 27, 2025, in the College of Electronics Engineering / Department of Electronic Engineering by the student Mohammed Yaser Adel, focusing on “Design and Simulation of High Power-Density Supercapacitors.”
The study investigated the design and simulation of the charging dynamics of supercapacitors with composite electrodes made of reduced graphene oxide (rGO) and aramid nanofibers (ANF).
The research aimed to clarify the charging processes and enhance the performance of rGO-ANF-based supercapacitors.
The discussion committee consisted of the following members:
1. Prof. Dr. Khalid Khalil Mohammed – Chair.
2. Asst. Prof. Dr. Younis Mahmood Abosh – Member.
3. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ziad Saeed Mohammed – Member.
4. Asst. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Thanoon Younis – Member and Supervisor.
5. Asst. Prof. Dr. Omar Badr Mohammed – Member and Supervisor.
