Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Prof. Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani,
and under the guidance of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mo’men Junaid Al-Duboni,
and the supervision of
Dr. Nagham Faris Khalil,
a scientific activity was organized as part of the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry’s academic program. The activity consisted of second-year students from both groups delivering a seminar entitled:
“Diabetic Ketoacidosis”
The students also distributed educational brochures about diabetes, its complications, and diagnostic methods.
The Head of the Department, Asst. Prof. Dr. Bassam Adwar Hanna, expressed his happiness with the students’ outstanding academic performance. Likewise, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Abdullah Shakir, praised this valuable scientific initiative by the students, who were:
