College of Law at the University of Ninevah Publishes the Sixth Issue of the Nineveh Journal of Legal Studies

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Ninevah, Professor Dr. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Zeina Ghanem Al-Obaidi, the University of Ninevah continues its distinguished academic presence by publishing the sixth issue of Volume Three (March 2026) of the Nineveh Journal of Legal Studies. This step reflects the university’s firm commitment to supporting rigorous scientific research and enhancing knowledge production in the field of law.

This issue features a rich collection of peer-reviewed scientific studies prepared by a group of distinguished researchers and academics from various universities. The studies address contemporary legal topics through in-depth analytical perspectives that contribute to enriching the legal library and keeping pace with modern developments across different branches of law.
