As part of the activities of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, and in implementation of its annual plan, the College of Nursing held a two-day training course on Monday and Tuesday (October 13–14, 2025) entitled:
“Effective Communication Skills in the Workplace.”
The course was presented by Asst. Lecturer Asal Faez Hameed, and was designed for students and graduates of the college with the aim of enhancing their knowledge and skills in professional communication and health communication with patients in medical institutions.
The training witnessed notable interaction and active participation from attendees, featuring constructive discussions and exchanges of ideas, which contributed to deepening their understanding of effective listening techniques and professional and empathetic information delivery.
This course comes as part of a series of developmental activities organized by the College of Nursing to equip students with essential skills and prepare them for the labor market.
