Following the directives of University of Ninevah President, Prof. Osama Al-Mashhadani, and under the supervision of Prof. Radwan Hussein Ibrahim, Dean of the College of Nursing, the Career Development and Employment Unit at the College of Nursing organized a workshop titled:
“Small Business Management”
The workshop took place on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, in collaboration with the Career Development and Employment Division at the university’s presidency.
The session was presented by Dr. Rafah Raad Abdulsalam and attended by a large number of fourth-year students. The workshop covered key aspects of startup project planning, including:
• Developing a clear business plan
• Setting goals and tasks
• Preparing a budget to cover expected expenses
• Time management and prioritization
• Exploring the latest marketing strategies to ensure business success
This workshop is part of the College of Nursing’s ongoing efforts to support students by equipping them with the entrepreneurial and business management skills necessary for success after graduation.
